Marilena Timotheou
There are moments when what brought us here can no longer take us forward.
What once worked no longer fully fits — while what comes next is still emerging.
This is the passage of transformation.
I work with individuals and organisations navigating these passages with greater awareness, clarity and possibility.
Two pathways
Individuals
Something in your life, work or sense of self is changing.
You may know what no longer fits without yet knowing what comes next.
I work with people who want to explore that passage consciously to uncover their deepest truth rather than rush into another familiar answer.
Organisations
Scaling, succession, disruption or reinvention can bring an organisation to the edge of what its existing way of operating can hold.
I work with visionary leaders navigating these passages across both the human and systemic dimensions.
My focus is the passage of transformation itself.
What is true now — and worth carrying forward?
What is ready to be let go of?
What is beginning to emerge — and how can we interact with it?
What becomes possible when we resist immediately recreating what we already know?
I do not begin with an answer about who you should become or what your organisation should look like.
We begin by understanding what is actually changing.

ABOUT MARILENA TIMOTHEOU
My path has rarely followed a straight line.
I have been a founder, innovation consultant, product leader, strategist and certified coach.
I have worked inside fast-growing startups and alongside global organisations including Miele, BSH, LG Electronics and Infineon — building products, working with leadership teams, and facilitating innovation and transformation.
Alongside my professional work, I have spent years studying leadership, coaching, transformation and self-awareness.
Across these very different environments, I kept encountering the same question:
What happens when the way we have been operating can no longer support what comes next?
That question now sits at the centre of my work.
Research
My work is also part of a wider inquiry into human and organisational transformation — liminality, adult development, leadership, organisations, human agency and AI — alongside research and thinkers that continue to shape my understanding.

Perhaps you are already inside a passage.
You do not need to know exactly where it leads before beginning to explore it.
