The way I like to define coaching is a dance between the coach and coachee that combines BEING and DOING, where we collaborate and work together on a mutual mission to actively move forward together towards a vision or goal. As a coach, my role is not to give answers but to pose powerful questions at the right time that help surface insights and learnings, connect the dots, and serve as a neutral mirror for the coachee for the sole purpose of moving them forward toward their goal and in alignment with their values.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to the process. We can better evaluate this in our discovery call. However, in my experience, the coaching timeline is generally a minimum of three months and a maximum of one year.
