Whose privacy this policy protects

This policy applies to visitors of this website and to anyone who uses the contact form. Marilena Timotheou ("I", "me") is the data controller for the personal data described below.

What data is collected

When you submit the contact form, I collect the name, email address and message you provide, together with a note of whether you are writing as an individual or on behalf of an organisation.

To protect the form from spam and automated abuse, the website also records the IP address used for the submission. This is used solely for rate limiting and security, and is never shared.

How the data is used

Your details are used only to read and respond to your message. When you write to me, your message is forwarded to my email address so that I can reply.

Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising, and you will not be added to any mailing list simply by using the contact form.

How long data is kept

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which they are deleted.

Cookies

This website uses only essential, privacy-respecting technologies required for the site to function and to protect the contact form. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Italian privacy law you may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing.
