An ongoing inquiry into transformation.
My work is grounded in an ongoing inquiry into what happens when an existing way of organising ourselves or our reality can no longer fully hold — and a new one has not yet emerged.
I am particularly interested in the passage itself: what happens within it, what allows something genuinely new to become possible, and how we can participate in transformation without rushing to recreate what we already know.
Questions guiding my inquiry
What actually transforms?
When we speak about human or organisational transformation, what is fundamentally changing — rather than simply being improved or adapted?
What happens in the in-between?
What happens when an existing way of understanding, organising or operating no longer holds, while what comes next has not yet formed?
What allows uncertainty to become generative?
What enables us to remain in the passage long enough for possibilities beyond our existing ways of seeing and operating to become available?
How do we participate without prematurely determining the outcome?
How can we interact with what is emerging without immediately recreating what we already know?
What capacities does transformation ask of us?
What allows individuals, leaders and organisations to meet these passages with greater awareness, openness, discernment and courage?
